J-AAR is on a mission to raise $200,000 for Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario

100% of proceeds support Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario, helping families stay close when they need each other most.

At J-AAR, we don’t just build infrastructure. We build community.

We believe in showing up for the people around us, and doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reasons. That’s why we’re raising money for Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario, and why we’re asking you to join us.

When a child is seriously ill, their family’s world turns upside down. Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario exists so that no parent has to choose between being by their child’s bedside and keeping a roof over their head. It’s a place where families can stay close, lean on each other, and find moments of warmth and normalcy during the hardest chapters of their lives.

Every dollar raised here helps keep a family together. That’s it. That’s the whole thing, and it matters more than words can say.

J-AAR is a team that genuinely cares about the people around us, and this page is one way we’re putting that care into action. Whether you can give $10 or $500, your gift is part of something much bigger than any one of us.

Let’s build something good. Together.

Building Roads, Building Hope

A simple lunch trip becomes a big construction adventure. James has questions about machines, roads, pipes, safety, and the bright red heart on a very special excavator. As James learns how roads are built, he also learns how communities can help families stay close when they need care, comfort, and each other.

What your gift provides for families

Because of you, families have access to more than 30 programs they rely on each day.

These wraparound services bridge the gap between what government-funded health care provides and what families need to ensure the best health outcomes for their children.

Thanks to your generosity, we can provide:

Meals from the Heart

Food is medicine, and at Ronald McDonald House, our commitment to serving home-cooked meals 7 nights a week is integral to families’ health, wellness and financial stability.

Family Room

Our Family Room, located within Children’s Hospital, received 17,252 visits last year. Each of those family members were welcomed with home-cooked meals, hot coffee, and a place to sleep, shower and gather strength amidst stressful hospital stays.
