Our space provides a welcoming and comfortable area of respite for caregivers and family members of children receiving care at Children’s Hospital.
The Ronald McDonald House Family Room London replicates a home-like atmosphere directly inside the hospital where caregivers can take a break, have a snack, shower, or do a load of laundry without going far from their child’s hospital room.

The “Cart with a Heart” brings Ronald McDonald House to families and patients when leaving the hospital room is too far. Thanks to our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, the Cart with a Heart visits units throughout Children’s Hospital (NICU, PCCU, B6 100/200) as many times as possible Monday – Sunday.
The Cart with a Heart will provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate (when we have it as it goes fast), bedside activities, hand made quilts and various items that have been generously donate by the community. All items are complimentary as well as the smiles and friendly conversation with our Cart volunteers and staff members.
Staff and Volunteers are onsite daily to assist you.
